I want to start off by saying EC Diner is by far one of the best diners I have ever been to. The food is absolutely delicious here and the service is excellent as well!
This is the potato crusted salmon. It was absolutely divine! I mean literally. The potato on the top tastes a bit like shredded hash browns and it is so good. The sauce it is in is great as well. This is definitely one of my go-to dishes.
This is the shrimp scampi with penne pasta. Very very good as well. The main point I want to stress about EC Diner is that everything here tastes so fresh. From the shrimp to the pasta to the spinach, you can really tell everything is freshly prepared.
