First off, I have to say the BBQ at Pinkerton's was amazing! Truly. Everything was absolutely delicious and I can't wait to go back again. The beef they used was from Creekstone Farms.
The brisket was perfectly smoked and incredibly tender. I also really enjoyed their homemade BBQ sauce. It wasn't too sweet and added a kick to the food. The sides of potato salad and cole slaw were also really good. I will say that I did enjoy the brisket more than the ribs but both were overall excellent. I am quite sad that a place like this doesn't exist in the DMV area :(
